Well, that’s it for the semester, everyone. Grades are in and the office is closed up. I’m not teaching this summer, so I won’t be back until August,
Have a good summer!

Hi everyone.
Fall semester starts Monday, August 27, and I’m back on campus and in the office. I’ve moved, so if you’re looking for me, I’m in office 2618 (across the hall fromĀ my old office).
If you’re in one of my face-to-face classes, the links in the header menu will take you to the information page for those classes (I’ll post a syllabus for each class on Monday).
If you’re in one of my online classes, BUS 100-80 or BUS 263-80, the links above will take you to the blogs for those classes, where you’ll find regular updates, course materials, and of course the syllabus.
Have a good semester.
Career Services will be offering a Business Etiquette Dining Workshop and Orientation on Tuesday, April 3rd & 10th. If you would like to participate, return the attached RSVP form below to the Career Services office or call them for more information at 391-5874.
Classes started today, and my section of BUS 263-01 has its first meeting tomorrow at 11:30am. I’ll have a syllabus posted here tomorrow. See you then.
Some of you may be wondering how you’re doing in the course and what you’ll need to make on the last test and the Learning Reflection to earn the grade you’d like in this class. Here is a spreadsheet with the final grade calculation formula that you can use to plug in you grades so far to see how you’re doing. Just click the ‘Click to Edit’ button and fill in the grades you’ve earned so far and then estimate your remaining grades. The ‘Team Assignments’ grade is the average of your in-class assignments, and the ‘Teamwork’ grade assesses your contributions to your team’s success. I’ll assign this grade based on your own self-evaluation, your team-mates’ evaluations, and my observations of your in-class work. The Learning Reflection is worth 5 points, so estimate what you think you’ll earn, up to 5 points.
